TERMS & CONDITIONS – ONLINE MEAT DELIVERY SERVICE
General
We reserve our right to change the menu and price list any time. The user agrees to receive the promotional SMS’s or email from us. You will not create any third party right, interest or liability over the property of us nor harm or damage the reputation or goodwill of the company. We shall not hold any liability for misuse or unauthorized use of Credit/ Debit Cards. All food items need to be consumed on the same day or properly stored as per storage instruction mentioned on packaging of the product. We shall not be liable for any loss due to improper storage or consumption by the consumer.
Order Placement & Confirmation
- All orders must be placed and confirmed via WhatsApp.
- An order is considered confirmed only after acknowledgment from our team.
- Customers are requested to provide accurate delivery details to avoid delays.
Delivery Timing
- Orders will be delivered within 90 minutes of confirmation.
- We are open every day.
- For delivery order must be placed by 08:00 PM.
- Delivery service is available daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- We shall not deliver between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM (break period).
- Orders placed during the break period will be processed after 6:00 PM.
Delivery Charges
- Customers are eligible for free delivery on orders with a purchase value of ₹199 or above. For orders with a value below ₹199, a standard delivery charge of ₹20 will be applied.For Express or bulk order please connect to us via call or whatsapp.
Delivery Conditions
- Customers must be available to receive the order at the provided address.
- In case of failed delivery due to customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
Quality Assurance
- We ensure hygienic handling and fresh products.
- Any complaints regarding quality must be reported immediately upon delivery with proof.
Order Availability
- All products are subject to availability.
- In case of unavailability, customers will be informed and offered alternatives or refunds.
Cancellation & Modifications
- Orders can be cancelled or modified within 10 minutes of confirmation. You can cancel the order by calling our customer support at +91-9433747340 or by pinging us on chat.
- Please note, we won’t be able to cancel the order once processing has started.
- Once processing has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Pricing
All the products listed on the Site will be sold as per catalogue, unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of order shall be charged at the date and time of delivery. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery, no additional charges will be levied or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order. Further, pricing can be change without prior notice.
Description Of Goods
Before placing an order, you will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item’s description.
Suspension / Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account if any account or information found suspicious, fraudulent or against the law. If you found guilty of violating any policies herein, the Company has discretionary power to cancel the Account.
Maintenance Of Account
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and Account and will immediately notify us if any suspicious activity undertaken in your Account not done by you.
Payment Terms
- Payments can be made via available payment methods shared on WhatsApp.
- Orders may require advance payment for confirmation.

We have made every effort to display the actual display / colours of our products that appear on the Website as accurately as possible. However, the actual colours as displayed to our website may differ from the products delivered to you. This may be due to resolution of your system.
